Beginning a homeschool journey...
When we moved to Buffalo, New York earlier this year, I was dismayed by the low test scores in the area. I decided to start homeschooling my daughter. I have had family members and close friends teach their children from home successfully, and I am doing the same. To me, homeschooling my daughter is the best educational option for her at this time. This may change as she grows older (or we add to the family), but for now we are enjoying the freedom and closeness that homeschooling gives us.
